Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hyv, including hyv.me, the Hyv Telegram bot @usehyvbot, the Hyv Mini App, and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Decimal - F.Z.C, a free zone company licensed by the Ajman Free Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates (License No. 31090), with its registered office at Office - B1-323 E, B.C. 1300431, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, Ajman 932, United Arab Emirates(“Hyv”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Service. You use Hyv through your Telegram account, and you are responsible for activity that happens through it.
Hyv is currently available to trusted circles by invitation. We may limit, pause, or decline access at our discretion.
What Hyv does
Hyv notices intent in conversation and chooses a next move: it may build, create, coordinate, ask, connect people, or wait. Features may change as the Service develops, and some may be offered as early access.
Introductions between people only happen with the consent of both sides. Hyv does not guarantee that a match, introduction, or outcome will occur or be suitable for you. You are responsible for your own interactions with other people.
Connected apps
You can connect third-party accounts such as Google Workspace (including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Meet) and GitHub. By connecting an account, you authorize Hyv to access and act on that account within the permissions you grant, and only to provide the features you request.
Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an app at any time in the Hyv Mini App or in the third party’s account settings. How we handle data from connected apps is described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output
Hyv uses artificial intelligence. Drafts, code, plans, summaries, and other output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review output before relying on it, and check actions such as sending an email or creating a calendar event before you approve them. Hyv is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice.
Your content
You keep ownership of the messages, files, and other content you provide or make available to Hyv (“Your Content”), and of output created for you. You grant Hyv a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content only to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to share it with Hyv, including content involving other members of your circles.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or violate the rights of others.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or expose people, or try to identify people who have not agreed to an introduction.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or misuse invitations.
- Upload malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
- Access the Service through automated means, scrape it, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
- Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
Fees
Hyv is paid for by the people who use it. Some features may require payment. We will tell you the price and terms before you are charged. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the Hyv name and logo, is owned by Decimal - F.Z.C and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our trademarks. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@hyv.me. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other people. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. HYV’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID HYV IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Hyv against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Hyv about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Ajman, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
