Resets: start one when needed

A reset refills your Hyv daily allowance for the rest of the day, until midnight. Some campaigns reward you with resets, which are saved until you start one from the Resets page in the Hyv app. Chat never starts a reset, so one is never used by accident.

How it works

A campaign might say, for example: “Send 10 messages this week and get 2 resets.” When you qualify, Hyv sends a short receipt with the last day you can use them. The resets are then saved for you.

You start a reset from the Resets page in the Hyv app. On WhatsApp, Hyv sends you the link. On Telegram, tap Open Hyv, then You, then Resets. The page lists your ready resets, the one that runs out soonest first, with its last day. Tap Start, confirm, and the fresh allowance begins straight away.

You can start a reset whenever it suits you, once you have used some of the day's allowance:

• while you still have allowance left, before a long task;
• after you have run out for the day;
• in the middle of a request. A request that is still running keeps going. If Hyv had already stopped, just say “continue” in chat and it picks up where it left off.

To check what you have, ask Hyv “how many resets do I have?” and it will tell you how many are ready and when the next one runs out.

Limits we set

• Chat never starts a reset. Starting one always happens in the app, after you confirm, so a reset is never used by accident.
• Several resets can be used on the same day.
• Each reset has a last day. An unused reset expires after it.
• Unused allowance does not carry over to the next day.
• Each campaign sets how many resets it gives and how long they can be kept. The page shows these for every reset.
• Hyv only brings resets up on its own at one moment: when you reach your daily limit and have one ready. It does this in your private chat, never in a group.

Questions

How do I check my resets?

Ask Hyv how many resets you have. It tells you how many are ready and when the next one runs out.

Does unused allowance carry over?

No. Unused allowance does not carry over, and an unused reset expires after its last day.

Private by default. Consent before people. Restraint before action.
