UpdatedAlerts: one line, no repeats
Hyv's email alerts in WhatsApp and Telegram are now one short line per email, never repeat, and Hyv remembers what it told you so you can ask about it.

Hyv can tell you in your private WhatsApp or Telegram chat when new email needs you. Each alert is one short line about one subject. The same subject is not repeated for 24 hours unless something changes, and you can ask a follow-up because Hyv remembers what it told you.
One line per email
Each alert is one line about one subject: what it is and why it matters now. We aim for about 120 characters, and a line never goes past 160. One alert holds at most three lines.
Alerts no longer carry links, email addresses or long summaries. Hyv uses the names you know instead. Here is a made-up example.
Before: a paragraph about a revised services agreement, a suggested next step, and a long inbox link.
After: “Northwind Legal needs the revised services agreement signed before Friday’s board meeting.”
Where a warning genuinely applies, such as a suspected scam or a payment request that cannot be verified, Hyv keeps one short warning in the line.
No repeats
Email threads get small updates all the time: a resend, a reminder, a reply that adds nothing. Before, a minor change to the same thread could alert you again minutes later. Now, once Hyv has alerted you about a subject, it holds back repeats of that subject for 24 hours.
It still tells you when something has actually changed: a new time, place, amount or deadline, or a new request. Reminders you asked for and scheduled check-ins are never held back as repeats.
Ask about it
Before, if you replied “tell me more” to an alert, Hyv did not know which email you meant. Now, when an alert goes out, Hyv keeps a private note in your one-to-one chat with the line it sent and where it came from. Ask a follow-up and Hyv opens the original email to answer. It shares the link only if you ask for it.
The note holds the line you were sent and a reference to the source, not a copy of the email. It is never written into a group chat.
Limits
- Alerts cover new email in the Google account you have connected to Hyv.
- Hyv decides which new email is worth an alert. Most email will not produce one.
- Your scheduled briefings and digests are unchanged, including their format and links.
- Hyv still never replies to an email or acts on it without your approval.
